![]() Peace Services
Last year a new faith encompassing initiative was promoted as part of our celebrations instead of a one day service, many faith groups showed interest in holding their own services across the capital. We had successful participations from many faith groups holding services through out the week.
Contact and engage with your local faith group to celebrate the Week of Peace and pray for the peace of our nation.
LWOP will be hosting a minute of silence as part of the International Day Of Peace to mark its alignment with over 200 other countries who will perform the same act in accordance with the Ban Ki Moon’s (The UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY-GENERAL’S) statement underlining the fundamental message of THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE.
